about the project
sovena, a consolidated company in the olive oil and olives market, with more than 90 years of history, requested a brand research project for their brand andorinha to understand consumption behavior in the southeast and northeast regions of brazil. after around 20 interviews in different states of the country, we delivered a portfolio strategy with 35 new ideas for the next 5 years.
inspiration:
understanding olive oil consumption behavior in different social classes in very diverse regions in brazil was crudo’s main drive in this project. the choice of ethnographic interviews as a method - conducting interviews in people’s own homes while they prepared lunch or dinner - was essential to unfold the real motivation of these consumers.
